Support of a forward brake
1 – brake shoe; 2 – dustproof cover; 3 – piston; 4 – sealing ring; 5 – a support with the cylinder; 6 – protective cover; 7 – bolt of the plug, 22–32 N • m; 8 – pumping union; 9 – dustproof cap; 10 – hollow bolt, 25–30 N • m; 11 – brake hose; |
12 – washer; 13 – protective cover; 14 – the directing finger, 35–45 N • m; 15 – bolt of fastening of a support, 65–75 N • m; 16 – fastener; 17 – plug; 18 – protective cover; 19 – laying; 20 – spring; 21 – laying. |
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Turn out lower bolt, lift a support up and fix it by a wire. |

2. Remove brake shoes. |
Prevention
Do not press a brake pedal after removal of brake shoes.

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check brake shoes for lack of wear or pollution by oil and, if necessary, replace them.
Thickness of overlays of brake shoes: Nominal: 90 mm Minimum admissible: 2,0 mm |
Prevention
Surely replace all blocks on one axis of the car even if only one block is worn-out. If brake shoes are repeatedly established, before removal they need to be marked.

2. Check overlays of brake shoes for absence of damage. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish clips of brake shoes. |
 |
2. Establish brake shoes on each clip of brake shoes. |
Prevention
Establish a brake shoe with the sensor of wear from the piston.

3. The special tool 09581-11000 press the piston into the support cylinder. |
 |
4. Establish new brake shoes. |
Prevention
Never you apply lubricant on a brake disk and brake shoes.

5. Screw a bolt and tighten it the required moment. Inhaling moment: 22–32 N • m
