13.8. Vacuum amplifier of brakes
1 – vacuum hose;
2 – clip;
3 – a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock;
4 – nut, 8–12 N • m; 		5 – expansion laying;
6 – laying;
7 – vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect brake tubes from the main brake cylinder.
2. Remove the main brake cylinder.
Prevention

Brake fluid dissolves paint, plastic and isolation of wires therefore at casual hit of liquid on a paint and varnish covering of the car or its components, wash out their large number waters.
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
4. In interior of the car remove the spring forelock, and remove a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock.
5. Remove the switch of stoplights.
6. Turn off four nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
7. Remove the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the vacuum amplifier of brakes with new laying on a partition of a motor compartment and fix by four nuts.

Inhaling moment: 8–12 N • m
2. Connect draft to a pedal of a brake and establish a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock and fix it by the new spring forelock.
3. Install the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes and fix by nuts.
4. From a motor compartment attach a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
5. Connect brake tubes and tighten connecting nuts of fastening of tubes.
6. Fill a popolnitelny tank of the brake system with brake fluid. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of the brake system.
7. Check lack of leak of brake fluid.
8. Check and, if necessary, adjust height of installation of a pedal and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.
9. After installation apply lubricant on points of contact of a pedal of a brake and draft.
