Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Merge cooling liquid up to one level lower than an inlet collector.
3. Uncover the carburetor.
4. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve.
5. Disconnect vacuum hoses from the carburetor.
6. Disconnect the socket from the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
7. Place capacity under connections of fuel hoses for collecting the flowed-out fuel and disconnect hoses of supply of fuel from carburetor branch pipes.
8. Turn out bolts and remove the carburetor from the engine.

Dismantling

Prevention

Do not remove the air gate and butterfly valves.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the carburetor with the automatic air gate remove a cooling system hose from a carburetor case branch pipe.
2. Remove draft of the starting arrangement from the free lever.
3. Remove an arm with the socket.
4. Remove the starting arrangement.
5. Remove a core of the accelerating pump from the lever of a butterfly valve.
6. Uncover the float-operated camera, turn out the screw "B" and remove the carburetor case.
7. Turn out screws "A" and uncover the float-operated camera the main case.
8. For removal of a cover of the float-operated camera insert an edge of the flat screw-driver between a cover and the main case and, working with the screw-driver as the lever, slowly separate a cover.

Prevention

At removal of a cover do not use excessive force.


9. Remove a hairpin and then remove a float and the needle valve.

Prevention

Do not drop a float.
Be careful not to damage the needle valve.


10. The flat screw-driver as the lever, take a nest of the needle valve.

Prevention

At extraction of a nest of the needle valve do not damage the float-operated camera.


11. Remove the holder and the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
12. The screw-driver with a thin edge wring out clamps and get two contacts from the socket of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
13. Remove an arm of support of a cable of an accelerator.
14. Remove jets of idling and the main air jet.

Prevention

For removal of jets use the screw-driver with a thin edge and work carefully not to damage jets.


15. Remove the accelerating pump and check a ball and a small weight.

Prevention

To remove the accelerating pump, do not overturn the case with mixing cameras. Check a ball and a small weight through openings in laying.


16. Separate the float-operated camera from the carburetor case.
17. Remove the main jets.

Prevention

For removal of jets use the screw-driver with a thin edge and work carefully not to damage jets.


18. Turn out three screws of fastening of a cover of the valve of enrichment of fuel mix to the case of the float-operated camera. Remove a cover, a spring and a diaphragm.
19. The screw-driver weaken a tube of enrichment of fuel mix and remove a spring and a ball.

Prevention

The valve of enrichment of fuel mix consists of many small details. Do not lose them.


20. Turn out four screws of fastening of the accelerating pump to a cover of the float-operated camera. Uncover the pump, a diaphragm, a spring and laying.

Prevention

Before a vvorachivaniye of screws of fastening of the accelerating pump apply the blocking structure interfering their otvorachivaniye on their carving.


21. Remove an E-shaped clip and washers from an axis of a butterfly valve of the secondary camera and remove a diaphragm spring.
22. Turn out two screws of fastening of an arm of a diaphragm to the case of the carburetor and remove a diaphragm of a butterfly valve.
23. Remove the auxiliary accelerating pump.
24. Drill an opening with a diameter of 2 mm in the central opening for the screw of adjustment of fuel mix (MAS) then ream an opening a drill with a diameter of 3 mm. Insert a drift into the drilled opening and beat out a stopper.

Assembly

Assembly is carried out to the sequences, the return dismantling, taking into account the following.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assembly clear all details.
2. Check that air and fuel channels are not littered.
3. When replacing jets the same sizes as jets are selected at the plant on their productivity have to have an old and new jet.
4. Do not reuse sealing rings and laying.

Check

Check a state and replace or if it is necessary, repair the following details.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that air and fuel jets are not littered. If they are littered, wash out them in solvent and blow compressed air. For cleaning do not use a metal wire.
2. Check diaphragms for absence of damage and cracks.
3. Make sure that the needle valve moves easily. If the valve moves hardly or gets jammed, repair or replace it.
4. Check the entrance fuel filter located over the needle valve for lack of a contamination.
5. Check the float course.
6. Check action of a butterfly valve, the air gate and drafts. If they move hardly, wash out them and oil their axes pure engine.
7. Check a cover of the float-operated camera and the case of the carburetor for absence of damage and cracks.

Check of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling (SCSV)


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Give additional wires tension of the rechargeable battery to contacts of the socket of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
2. Make sure that the valve works with accurate click.
3. An ohmmeter check that there is no conductivity between contacts of the socket and the case of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
4. Measure by an ohmmeter resistance between contacts of the socket of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.

Resistance: 48-60 kOhm at 20 °C

Check of a gap of half-open of a butterfly valve of primary camera


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Measure by a shaft of a drill a gap between a butterfly valve of primary camera and the case.

Gap: 0,93 mm

2. If the gap does not correspond to demanded, adjust it, rotating the adjusting screw. For increase in a gap rotate the screw clockwise, for reduction of a gap - counterclockwise.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a state and, if necessary, clear the interfaced surfaces of the carburetor and an inlet collector.
2. Establish new laying of the carburetor on an inlet collector.
3. Carefully install the carburetor on an inlet collector.
4. Gradually, in turn, screw bolts of fastening of the carburetor in order that laying was compressed evenly. Bolts need to be tightened very reliably to exclude an air suction between the carburetor and an inlet collector.
5. Connect an accelerator cable, vacuum hoses and hoses of supply of fuel.
6. Check reliability of connection of vacuum hoses.
7. Check that the air gate opens completely and closed.
8. Check that when pressing a pedal of an accelerator the butterfly valve completely opens.
9. Install the air filter.

10. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.


Prevention

Before the first start-up do not fill in fuel in an air mouth of the carburetor for acceleration of start of the engine after service of fuel system. For pumping of fuel turn a bent shaft of the engine a starter.


11. Check the frequency of idling and, if necessary, adjust it.
