8.4. Coupling pedal
1 – bolt, 8–10 N • m;
2 – switch of blocking of the lock of ignition;
3 – returnable spring;
4 – coupling pedal arm;		 5 – nut, 19–28 N • m;
6 – plug;
7 – coupling pedal;
8 – overlay of a pedal of coupling.


Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the forelock, a washer and a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pedal of coupling.

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the lever of a pedal and the plug for lack of wear.
2. Check a coupling pedal for lack of a bend and deformation.
3. Check a returnable spring for absence of damage and loss of elasticity.
4. Check a coupling pedal pillow for absence of damage and wear.
5. Check conductivity between contacts of the switch of blocking of the lock of ignition.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish details in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Before installation grease the plug, a pin, a washer and a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock.
3. Establish a pusher on a coupling pedal.
4. Adjust pusher length.
