9.2.5. Check of pressure of transmission liquid

Arrangement of sealing rings

1 – oil sealing ring;
2 – sealing ring;
3 – sealing ring of D-shaped section;
4 – sealing ring of D-shaped section;
5 – sealing ring of D-shaped section;
6 – oil sealing ring;
7 – sealing ring;
8 – sealing ring of D-shaped section.

Check of pressure of transmission liquid is carried out to define a condition of hydraulic components and whether there are leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Launch the engine before warming up of the transmission up to the temperature of 60 ~ 70 °C.
2. Lift the forward party of the car so that driving wheels could rotate freely.
3. Connect a tachometer and arrange so that it was well visible.
4. Connect the special manometer 09452-21500 with an adapter 09452–21002 to each union of check of pressure.

For check of the return pressure it is necessary to use the manometer with a limit of measurement of 3 000 kPa.
5. Measure pressure of transmission liquid at various provisions of the lever of the selector and frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine. If pressure does not correspond to the required values, check and repair transmission elements.
